Teach

Good learning starts with good questions.

Real-world experience is a starting point, not an answer.

My approach to teaching connects business concepts to the realities of leadership and organizational life. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience across corporate, educational and nonprofit settings, I bring the perspective of a practitioner who has navigated significant business disruption, industry transformation and organizational change.

From working through pivotal moments in financial services at American Express—including 9/11 and the global financial crisis—to navigating media industry convergence at Charter Communications/Spectrum and helping organizations across corporate, educational and nonprofit settings adapt to the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19, my experience offers a practical lens on strategy, decision-making, collaboration, accountability and change.

I aim to help students move beyond understanding concepts to questioning assumptions, examining trade-offs and applying what they learn to real-world challenges.
